About Me

My name is Jason Lee, and I am a student physical therapist and a former Division 1 swimmer who discovered a new passion for calisthenics after retiring from swimming. When I hung up my cap and goggles to retire from the sport that I loved, I decided to start a new fitness journey at the gym. I considered getting into weight lifting like everybody else, but it seems though that my path was different. One day, I saw someone perform a muscle-up in the gym and was instantly inspired to give it a try. This simple decision opened my eyes to the amazing world of calisthenics. I realized that this form of exercise could help people reach their full potential using just their body weight. Although calisthenics is not very well-known, my mission is to change that and help others see how life-changing it can be. Calisthenics has reignited my love for fitness and movement, and I am committed to sharing this passion with others, helping them live healthier, injury-free lives, and achieve their goals.
